I started my fitness journey back in 2007 as a cross country runner my junior year of high school. I was an overweight, self-conscious teen, and I finally decided to make a change. My life was transformed after that decision, and the rest was history! Once I was done competing as a high school and collegiate runner, I started to pursue strength training and deepening my knowledge in nutrition and fueling my body properly.

I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Point Loma Nazarene University. After I graduated, I continued my education and received my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also a certified running coach (Revo2lution by Jason Karp) and TRX-qualified (suspension training and functional training). I was a college athlete “back in the day,” but I am now currently pursuing bodybuilding as a national-level NPC bikini competitor.

I have been a group fitness coach since 2014 at OrangeTheory. I realized that although I love the group setting, I also wanted to help people more on an individualized basis. I now offer private and semi-private personal training, as well as online training and nutrition coaching.

My passion is helping others through fitness. I want to educate you on how to live a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. I want to teach you how to create good habits that will last you the rest of your life. I want to show you that you can be strong and powerful. And I want to show you that it is 100% possible to reach your health and fitness goals if you put in the work!
