I am originally from Henderson, Nevada, but have lived in Florida and now California to go to school while playing college baseball. I recently graduated from Concordia University Irvine with a Masters degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration and an emphasis in Strength/Conditioning and Program Development. My love for fitness and strength training began in my father’s garage when I was 14. Instead of leaving room for the cars, we had a home gym in which he taught us the proper way to train from a young age. I immediately fell in love with the gym and the feeling I got from working out.
My goal in the world of fitness and athletics is to spread a positive message by sharing my knowledge and experiences that have shaped who I am today. I am passionate in helping others create a healthier lifestyle and maximizing their full potential. I specialize in strength, speed, and conditioning, injury prevention and injury to rehabilitation, program development, and general fitness.
