SCHEDULE & ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Challenge Date Timeframe: April 22 – May 24
Mandatory Kick-Off Meeting: April 17, 7PM (Intro to Macros/Nutrition, Trainer Q&A Session)
Initial Weigh-Ins: April 18-19
Progress Weigh-Ins: May 2-3 and May 17-18
Final Weigh-Ins: May 23-24
Celebration Party: Saturday, May 24th (Memorial Day Celebration Party)

 

Additional Details:

  • We recommend 3+ HIIT classes and 2 gym workouts per week
  • Gym Membership Timeframe: April 22 to May 24
  • Winner of the challenge will be based on BODY FAT LOSS PERCENTAGE LOSS.
  • We will choose 1st & 2nd Place Female Winner + 1st & 2nd Place Male Winner
