My name is Cody Langan. I am a Personal Trainer with a background in Philosophy and strengthening my mind through physical movement. Everything I have done in life has been for the sole purpose of testing my body’s limits and using the focus of my mind to push through it. I believe you build the confidence in your mind, body, and spirit by practicing everyday. Just like a blade needs to be sharpened over time these too need consistent care. When these essential three are balanced I feel you can live a happy, strong, and healthy life.
I started my journey in the gym when I was 11 with different types of calisthenics and have practiced many styles of training since. These styles include High School athletics, Qi Gong or Tai Chi, American Ninja Warrior training, HIIT, LISS training, Spartan races, and many more! I am also a level 3 Reiki practitioner with over 200 hours of studying the connections between your mental and emotional body with your physical body. Walking meditation is a great tool that I often use to help myself resonate with balancing in my center. Everything we do is energy and understanding that concept my job is to teach you to learn to be like a stone in the middle of a river. Very similar to how the water flows around it you will learn to let the chaos of life flow around allowing you to choose what to respond and spend your energy on instead of getting stuck trying to swim upstream. One of my favorite quotes says, “If there is no enemy within, then the enemy outside can do us no harm.”
