Connor grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Growing up, his whole life was centered around family and sports. Connor was an All-State soccer and lacrosse player. Connor was recruited to play soccer, however, he suffered a skull fracture in high school, which made him hesitant to continue playing. Due to the head injury, he decided to go to Penn state university and pursue education over sports. After leaving Penn State, Connor moved to California. He took a job working in the environmental science field, however soon after discovered his passion for fitness and personal training.
Connor spent the first 3 years of his training career at a gym in Los Angeles, helping
clients achieve various fitness goals. Connor’s passion for surfing led him to Encinitas, San Diego. In San Diego, Connor worked for a company called DRVN Unlimited, coaching fitness classes to employees at a business park. He coached lift classes, burn classes, and injury rehabilitation classes. Due to his mother’s condition growing up, Connor is passionate about helping people recover from injuries and disabilities. His mother suffers from muscular dystrophy which makes even the simplest tasks difficult for her. Seeing his mother’s disability cause her so much pain and hardship, he decided he wanted to learn how to help people with injuries and muscular disease. Connor got certified as a corrective exercise specialist. He then
began working with injured and disabled clients, designing programs to help them increase mobility, strengthen stabilizer muscles, increase balance, and manage pain. DRVN Unlimited closed down due to covid. As a result, Connor decided to take a job in Orange County, working as a fitness coach at Orangetheory Fitness. He has coached over a thousand group classes at Orangetheory. This experience has allowed him to work with hundreds of different individuals, helping them to achieve various fitness goals.
