My lead into Personal Training came from an epiphany due to injury. It was a spark that changed my life like many others to see what fitness and building a better you can really do for yourself in your physical, professional and even your personal lifestyle. I’ve always had a passion for fitness as a gym rat and I want to share that. With my past, I’ve grown into injury prevention and rehabilitation, pre/post-surgery, weight loss, functional training, strength and conditioning, athletic performance and bodybuilding. I have an extensive background of sports spanning from 15 years up to Collegiate Baseball, Basketball, Tennis, Golf, Football and Soccer.
I have experience with clients from all walks of life from the ages of 8-70. From Yoga to Bodybuilding, I can modify and adapt programming to fit you and your lifestyle. I am PTAG Certified, Team USA Olympic Committee Certified, and CPR/AED Certified.
