A former high level competitive athlete and coach, and current ISSA Certified Personal Trainer; health and fitness have always played an integral role in Madison’s life. Propelling one’s self to reach new heights is both rewarding and fulfilling, and encourages the self-discovery process. Striving to become a better version of yourself each day is called purpose; and with purpose comes passion. Madison’s passion for fitness has allowed her to gather the knowledge and experience that makes her a well-rounded fitness trainer. Her specialties are strength & conditioning, weight loss, athletic performance, injury rehabilitation and body mechanics. Don’t wish for a better you, work for it!
