My fitness and personal training journey began with an epiphany back in 2012. My loving grandmother passed away due to heart and blood complications at a fairly young age primarily due to obesity. Feeling helpless to stop her from gradually getting worse, I made it my personal mission to help myself and others from having to go through that same pain. I began to ask myself and my clients, “do I want to be in a wheel chair and have my children/grandchildren have to take care of me when I’m 55?”
I come from a fitness background, playing soccer my entire life, and with 8 years soccer coaching experience. This allowed me to transition my skills in soccer coaching to individual personal training.
I have been training and building workout programs since 2016, and my happiest moments are seeing my clients get to their goals in the most fastest, safest and most optimal way possible. I have helped clients ranging from all skill levels and ages. My custom training programs specialize to weight loss, strength training, bodybuilding, nutrition and meal prep management.
