Fitness has always been an important part of my life. I have been active throughout my life in sports such as hockey, mountain biking, hiking, and within the last few years I’ve developed a passion for strength and endurance training. I believe that staying fit and active can not only create a healthier lifestyle, but it can also reduce the risks of many illness and ailments that prevent people from living the life they want to live.
As a former Paramedic of ten years the reality was all to real, causing me to rethink my career and work from the pro active side rather than the reactive.My vision is to be able to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals whatever they may be. Such as weight loss, strength training, building muscle, as well as sports training etc. Nothing is impossible, if you have the desire, I have the knowledge, training, and motivation to get you there.
