Since 2009, I have had the pleasure of training and coaching all skill levels and ages; from professional athletes, to injury/surgery rehabilitation. The one thing that i’ve grown to love through out the process of training any type of person, is the progress we are able to see, and the happiness that progress has brought all of my clients. Above all else, I’m motivated to see the happiness I can bring to my clients, by helping them achieve something they may have never thought possible.
My skill set has been sharpened by years in collegiate athletics, NPC physique/classic physique competitions, experience training both privately and for commercial gyms, and 8 years of continued formal education. My training style allows me to adapt any exercise program or intensity level, in order to fit the exact needs of any individual person. This allows my clients to reach their goal in the fastest and safest way possible. Some of the specialties I have developed include weight loss, nutrition management, contest prep training/coaching, strength training, and injury prevention/rehabilitation.
