As a challenge participant, you get expert guidance and assessments, UNLIMITED ACCESS to all of Shredz Gym group fitness classes, personal support by Travis any time you need it.

March 30th: Weekly weigh-ins and InBody assessments

April 6th: Weekly weigh-ins, InBody assessments

April 13th: Mid-challenge weigh-ins, one on one meetings

April 20th: Weekly weigh-ins, InBody assessments

April 27th: Weekly weigh-ins, InBody assessments

May 4th: FINAL WEIGH IN. Announcement of winners.
